1. Shipping within India
At Goodiya Toys, we aim to ship all orders within 2 working days of receiving them. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sundays or holidays will be shipped the following working day.
Delivery Timelines:

Metro cities: 3–5 days from the date of shipping

Non-metro areas: 7–10 days from the date of shipping
During peak seasons, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing and delivery times may be extended. For products that are out of stock, dispatch may take 2 to 6 weeks. Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated via email or phone in such cases.
2. International Shipping
We ship to most international destinations, including the USA, Canada, Europe, Singapore, UAE, and other parts of the Middle East.

Shipping and handling charges for international orders are borne by the customer.

These charges depend on the package weight and the destination country and will be displayed at checkout on www.goodiya.com.

Additional airport clearance and customs fees may apply. Customers are responsible for providing accurate import documentation and completing customs clearance in the destination country.

Due to varying customs procedures, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines for international shipments.
Note: Customers in the USA, Canada, and UAE can also purchase Goodiya Toys through Amazon.com and Amazon.ae for faster local delivery.
3. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and child safety, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is damaged in transit.

Important notes:

Report any damages or missing items within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at sales@goodiya.com with your Order ID and a clear photo of the product.

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Orders placed during a sale or promotion are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of transit damage.
Transit Damages:

If your item is damaged during shipping, we'll offer a free replacement or a store credit voucher (issued after we receive the item at our warehouse).

Refund vouchers may take 5–10 business days to process after the product is returned.
Repairs:

If your item is repairable, we’ll fix it free of cost. You only need to cover the shipping charges.
Exceptions:

Items damaged due to rough use or after 2 weeks of delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Frequent return requests (more than 3 in a financial year) may be rejected.

Reverse pickups are not available outside India. In such cases, customers are responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse.
3.1 Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, please contact us at sales@goodiya.com or call +91-93842 55765 within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched.
If your cancellation request is received after 24 hours or post-dispatch, we may not be able to recall the shipment.
Goodiya Toys reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason, such as incorrect pricing or stock issues. In such cases, a full refund will be processed and communicated via email or phone.
3.2 Return Eligibility Checklist
To qualify for a return (only in accepted cases):

The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order receipt or invoice).

The return must be for a valid reason, such as transit damage or a genuine defect.
4. Coupons & Offers

Goodiya coupon codes are valid only on orders placed through www.goodiya.com.

Only one coupon may be applied per order.

Discounted products (slashed prices) are not eligible for further discounts.

Some coupons may exclude specific categories like books or gift cards.
